Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times 3–10 business days internationally, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number where available.

Customs & Duties Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer. All products are shipped from outside Kenya.
